How to apply for the Loyalty Points Scheme

How to Start Earning Points

In-store shopping

For every 2 Euros spent, a loyalty scheme member will earn 1 point.     

Online shopping   

 For every 2 Euro spent, a loyalty scheme member will earn 1 point, which upon request if the customer has a loyalty scheme account, points will be transferred to that account.

Redeeming Your Points 

Once you have gained enough points, you may redeem your points into vouchers that can be used at our shop.       

You may redeem 300 points for a 15 Euro voucher from our shop.        

Checking Your Points  

Should you wish to know your points balance, you can do so by checking the bottom of your receipt after a sale or from the My Loyalty Points section in your account on our website. 

Terms & Conditions   

To redeem your points, you must personally visit our vape shop with your ID Card.

No vouchers will be issued without presenting your ID Card. 

Orders processed via third-party organizations are not eligible for points (Bolt Food, etc..).

Loyalty Points need to be redeemed within a period of 2 years from the last purchase; otherwise, they will be removed. 

Clouds Express holds the right to remove a customer’s loyalty points or the whole loyalty points scheme altogether at any time, with or without notice.
