Each gummy bear contains 25 mg of HHC (x30 gummy bears in a bag). This is equivalent to 6 drops of 10% HHC, so quite strong. The effect takes 30 minutes to an hour to take effect and can last 4-6 hours. We therefore recommend taking only 1 piece at a time and keeping it out of the reach of children.
