INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place a tea bag in your favourite cup (approx. 250 ml)
2. Pour boiling water (100 °C) onto the tea bag.
3. Steep for a good 15 minutes. Don’t rush it to get all the herbal benefits.
4. Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: Echinacea 20%, ginkgo 20%, nettle 15%, mint 15%, hemp seed 10%, rosehip 10%, sea buckthorn 9%, hemp leaf 1%. Vegan, No artificial color, No artificial flavour.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 1 cup per day.
